Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bz88 ("bz88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bz88 website, mobile interface, gaming products, sportsbook, payment services, promotional programmes, and all other features made available through the bz88 platform (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to all users of the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes renewed acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional Policies

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bz88. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are published in English. The English version is the authoritative and legally binding version. Any translations made available are provided for convenience only and do not carry legal force. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version governs.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a bz88 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Age Verification

bz88 reserves the right to request proof of age from any registered user at any time, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) clearly showing your date of birth. Accounts for which age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued during the suspension period will be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bz88 services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. bz88 reserves the right to cross-reference registration information against third-party verification databases at any time.

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered bz88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bz88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any account balance across all accounts. Players discovered to be operating duplicate accounts in order to claim multiple bonus offers will be treated as having committed bonus abuse under Section 5 of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bz88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bz88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bz88 immediately at [email protected].

KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal, bz88 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents may include:

Deposits

bz88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bz88 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your bz88 account upon confirmed receipt of funds. bz88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposited funds must be used for genuine wagering activity. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing immediately without wagering activity — commonly referred to as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may constitute an attempt to exploit payment processing systems. bz88 reserves the right to apply a minimum wagering requirement before processing a withdrawal where deposit activity suggests unusual or non-gaming use of the payment infrastructure.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 BST on a business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

bz88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for KYC documentation as described in Section 3. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of any such verification. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed on hold and will be given a clear timeline for resolution.

Anti-Money Laundering

bz88 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. All significant transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. bz88 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity where required. Players are reminded that the platform must not be used for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

General Bonus Rules

bz88 offers a variety of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cricket free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion.

Bonuses are credited to your bz88 account as bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Standard wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds must typically be wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. Free bet winnings are returned as withdrawable cash after the qualifying bet is settled, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

bz88 takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games (e.g., placing opposing bets on outcomes that cover all possibilities); colluding with other players to share or transfer bonus credit; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, bz88 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, remove bonus funds from the account balance, and suspend or permanently close the account.

Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets placed on bz88 are subject to the bz88 Sportsbook Rules, which are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test cricket markets — is subject to the specific cricket market rules published within the sportsbook interface. Casino & Live Casino

All casino games available on the bz88 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG table games — are governed by the individual game rules published by the game provider. bz88 acts as a distribution channel for these games; the game rules are determined by the relevant game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, etc.) and certified independently. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the game round is void and all stakes for that round are returned to the player. bz88 does not honour payouts resulting from technical errors or software faults.

Suspension by bz88

bz88 reserves the right to suspend any account — temporarily or permanently — without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or deceptive activity; suspicious financial transactions; identity discrepancies revealed during KYC; underage gambling; or any other activity that bz88 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. During a suspension, the player will be unable to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bz88 will contact the player via registered email to explain the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it, where disclosure of that information does not compromise an active investigation.

Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their bz88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances and any wagering requirement progress are forfeited upon account closure. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reactivated upon written request to the support team, subject to fresh identity verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a priority and are actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked against all access and no marketing communications will be sent. Players under active self-exclusion may not request reactivation until the exclusion period has elapsed and a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period has passed. Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the bz88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, page layouts, graphics, logos, text, software code, database architecture, game lobby structure, promotional materials, and all other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of bz88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or entitlement to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bz88 platform content without express prior written consent from bz88.

Restrictions on Use

You may access and view bz88 platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: copy or cache any portion of the Platform's content for commercial purposes; use automated tools to scrape, index, or mirror the Platform; use the bz88 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement without written permission; or resell, sublicence, or transfer access to the Platform to any third party. Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) is additionally protected by those studios' own intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or distributed under any circumstances.

No Warranty

The bz88 platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While bz88 makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure platform availability, uptime, and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bz88 does not accept liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during such periods.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bz88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bz88 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bz88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bz88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your bz88 account. bz88 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from wagering activity conducted on the Platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your account. bz88 strongly recommends that all players set personal deposit and session limits and make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal operational policies of bz88. bz88 operates as an online gaming platform serving players who access the service voluntarily and in accordance with the laws applicable to their own jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising between you and bz88 in connection with the Platform, you must first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the bz88 customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. bz88 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. bz88 is committed to resolving all legitimate player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial contact, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Documentation of all account activity, transaction records, and correspondence will be retained by bz88 and made available to support the resolution process where relevant.

Formal Complaints

Formal written complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". All formal complaints will be assigned a reference number and handled by a senior member of the bz88 support team. bz88 aims to issue a final decision on all formal complaints within 28 calendar days of receipt. Where additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, bz88 will notify you of the expected timeline in writing.

Right to Amend

bz88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational policy updates, new product launches, or improvements to the Platform. The updated Terms will be published on the bz88 website with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Notification of Material Changes

Where bz88 considers an amendment to be material — meaning it significantly affects player rights, obligations, or the structure of any financial or gaming service — bz88 will notify registered players via email to the address on record at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor amendments (such as clarifications of existing rules, typographical corrections, or updates to game provider lists) may be implemented without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms and withdraw any remaining real-money balance prior to the effective date of the change.

Version History

Previous versions of these Terms are retained in bz88's internal records for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
